About
A remote technology partner, built for how businesses actually work.
David Technologies is a Philippines-based, remote-first technology and digital operations company. We help international businesses build software, automate workflows, grow digitally, and operate reliably — with structured oversight and a long-term partnership mindset.
Mission
Make advanced technology, digital execution, and dependable remote capability accessible to businesses that need to move faster without building every function internally. We treat our clients’ systems as our responsibility for as long as we’re engaged, and we design everything we deliver to be handed off cleanly whenever that engagement ends.
Remote-first, by design
We work with clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and other international English-speaking markets. Remote-first delivery, structured communication, and clear time-zone coverage let us bring Filipino capability to the projects that need it — with documentation and reporting your team can rely on.
Philippines-based. Internationally focused.
We are proudly based in the Philippines and unapologetic about what that means. The country has spent decades delivering high-quality technical and professional services to international clients in English — long before “remote work” became a category. That history is a real advantage, and we build on it.
We are not a local computer-repair business, a cheap outsourcing marketplace, a staffing directory, or a generic virtual assistant agency. We are a technology and digital operations partner whose team happens to be based in the Philippines and whose clients are based abroad.
Filipino capability shows up as technical resourcefulness, strong English communication, adaptability, service orientation, cross-cultural collaboration, and calm under pressure. David Technologies adds structured oversight on top: a delivery layer that keeps commitments, documents decisions, and answers to you as one partner.
How we operate
These are the principles every engagement runs against. They are boring on purpose.
We ask more questions before we suggest solutions. Most bad projects trace back to a discovery step that didn't happen.
Weekly updates, honest status, and written decisions. If something is off track, you hear it early, in plain language.
SOPs, briefs, and handovers so nothing critical lives in one person's head. Documentation is treated as a deliverable.
We take responsibility for moving work forward — not just completing tasks — as a single accountable partner.
Code, content, and systems your team can operate and extend without depending on us forever.
Practical AI where it measurably helps, always with human review where the cost of a wrong answer is high.
We agree on outcomes up front and report against them monthly. Activity is not an outcome.
Every engagement leaves behind better documentation, cleaner systems, and clearer decisions than it inherited.
A long-term partnership philosophy
We are more useful over quarters than over weeks. The best engagements begin as a defined project, prove the working relationship, and grow into ongoing partnership across more than one pillar. That is not a sales tactic — it is what actually happens when trust accumulates and shared context compounds.
We build everything to be leavable. Source code, credentials, hosting, SOPs, and analytics live in your organization’s name from day one. If you ever move on, nothing important is stuck with us.
Founder
David John Perez
David founded David Technologies to build the kind of managed remote partner he wished existed when running earlier projects: technically capable, well organized, honest about scope, and accountable for outcomes.
His focus areas are strategic growth, project delivery, remote operations, technology coordination, AI and workflow automation, digital visibility, and managing specialists across international engagements. He leads discovery on new engagements personally and stays close to delivery on every account.
